I am going to put this one aside for awhile. Here is my take so far: Resmaa does an incredible job at describing the physiological nature of our subconscious flight, fight, freeze, and fawn responses. He then goes into great detail on his theories of generational trauma. My inner skeptic raises an eyebrow at calling the vagus nerve the "soul nerve" and placing so many psychological eggs in one basket.
