Halfway through, I think, and I'm declaring it a lameass (and super extreme, and stereotyped and lameass) book. There are a couple politicians that I can see selling someone's soul for political aspirations, but the way this is being told, I'm considering calling up the book gunman and removing Jessica from her miserable lead character existence. So far, the synopsis is semi-accurate.

Oh, LOOK. The bloke we met in the first three pages is back! With a name! And OHMYGOODNESS. Of COURSE he's the leader of the anti's. We found out about 'evil' plans twenty pages ago, give or take five. I'm baffled as to how this is going to wrap up within the next 75 pages. Explosions? Waking up to find it's just a dream? Assassination attempts? Someone jumping in to shoot Jessica Hunsucker of the garbage last name?
