I haven't been posting in-progress reviews, but this book is something else. The first 100 pages start off kind of slow and read like a historical novel about the Chinese Cultural Revolution in the 60's/70's - nothing suggests it is going to lead to a Matrix-y story about space aliens and virtual reality...then around the 30% mark the story goes WAAAAAY THE FUCK DOWN the rabbit hole. Very excited about this one.
