Many thanks to one of my new GR friends for making me aware of this author. I'm hoping for a similar experience to reading a Betty Neels novel. Predictable, romantic, and nicely restful.

Thank you SO much, Iris, for your review of one of Mary Burchell's books. She's been added to my list of comfort reads along with Elizabeth Cadell, Betty Neels, and D.E. Stevenson.
