His Guarded Heart by Lia Davis 2 stars. What the what? I feel liked I missed a whole lot of something with this; like it's an excerpt from a much larger story. Beau, a widowed senator, was married to woman, when suddenly Judd comes into his life as his bodyguard, and they start making out. When the heck did Beau become bi, and how did Judd have any idea? Also, tons of typos!!

Civilian Master by Cassandra Carr. 3.5 stars. I enjoyed the story and the BDSM elements, but I wasn't able to connect with the characters, ultimately making the story an just an ok read.

Storm Out by Brit Blaise 3 stars This was an odd story, and not one I enjoyed very much. It's a standalone in a series, but I will not be following up with reading any of it further.

Finished Resilient Heart by Annabeth Albert. Wow - 5 stars. Deep, emotional, heartfelt, and filled with hope.

Just finished book 1 - Cruise Control Liked Parker. Insta forever-relationship a bit difficult to accept. 3 stars.
