It waa a very well researched biography and it’s eye opening to see what the fashion industry was like in the 80s and how treatment standards were so biased and underdeveloped. I am happy to live in the society we did now and I think Gia would have had a much better chance today. No one should have to go through what she had, and I am glad I finally finished this book.
