Alexs just found out what it was like to be a star, to have all the attention. But there's one thing wrong with that, the all star Matt Gordon is pushing him self to far and hard because he can't throw. No one knows who will start the first playoff game. That's a question everyone is asking. Their both really great friends that have each others back no matter what. So far it looks like Alex is the best.

The game Tamar matters most. The game that tells who goes to the championship. Alex is the person who pulls them out of every loss. But what if his drug test comes out positive. He can't play, even if he draws more blood the test won't come back until after the game. Matt hasn't been doing to well and now it is up to him. Can they still win state? Who knows their fate is in matts hands.

Finally the beig game, the one that mattered most. This was probly be the hardest game they will ever play. At half the game is 17-0 with Matt the best quarternack in state hurt and not coming back. Jake the second string going in to start the first half... End of theird quater both 1st and 2nd stringers are hurt. Now it is time for alex to shine with only 14 minutes left in the game and their losing. Can they win?

So far I am really into this book. It's great if your In to sports. This is a story of a kid named Alex trying to succeed his dream of being the star quarterback. But something's stop him form doing this by making false story's or saying the coach was wrong and liying. Will he ever be in the spot he wants to or will he end up being the biggest loser

Currently in The Walk On, last play of the game 77-0 play call victory(knee). Coach Gordon puts in Alex for his one and only play. Alex takes the snap, one step backwards and... PAP! Next thing he saw was black. After 10 minutes of laying on the field he woke up with some bad symptoms. No one knows if Alex is alright or if her will ever be able to play again. Read to find out what happens next.

In this book Alex has a dream to become starting QB with the best arm in school. But there is one problem, coaches son is the starting QB with the special play type called the option. He is the best at it on his team witch leaves Alex in the dust. For now Alex is stuck at third string trying to make his way up with his golden arm.
