I noticed that Larry is very interested in the quality of the company. This could be useful in my paper b/c it shows that Larry wouldn't allow Google's products quality to fall below a line. Unlike other companies who care just about money.

I am quite interested in how google is running things. They are all for the patch it up now and fix it later method of fixing problems. It seems that the engineers are very strong willed, I think this is pretty cool, because I always thought engineer were just kinda lanky and weak willed.
