Slaying. The good/ extremely action filled part is about to happen so I stopped reading one scene before all the action bc the rest of the book is all 100% action and western cowboy blowing houses and faces up until the very end. I wish I could upload pictures so y’all can see the art that I’m seein, but I guess this app is for books and who needs pictures of words. Anyway really hype to see all the action :)

Ugh so good, the only thing triggering my fight or flight rn is the drastic change in the art style from one artist to the next. This current artist is my least favorite. Very heavy on the shading and the artist before this one was so light on the shading. Anyway I’m not mad mad that it’s a graphic novel. Made me pick up something I usually wouldn’t. Including getting the sequel eventually

Not to be captain obvious. But such a quick read fr and I’m actually enjoying it and like the more I’m reading it the less I realize I’m reading a graphic novel. Kinda like how I used to be an anime hater then I went thru an anime phase (outgrown) and half the time I forgot I wasn’t watching real ppl and just like with this I’m forgetting that I’m not reading a regularly printed book 👍

So far so good. It’s honestly taking me just as long to get through a page in here as it would to a regular book. there was one thing different from the movie. Django’s name was django in the movie normally but in the book Dr. K Schultz gave him the silent D in Django’s name when he was filling out a bill of sale for django for his speck. Anyway the pictures help my attention span there’s no page #s tho?

GUYS. TELL ME WHY I read reviews…the description on Amazon & Goodreads yet I was still shookith when I opened my package in the mail and saw it’s a comic book…cringe. Jk I’ve never read a comic book but I was honestly really excited to like read like.. not a comic yk I was wondering why it kinda felt large 😭 and said “do not bend” on the packaging. Comic enthusiasts really care about the book health
