Thomas had been kept in a white room with only a brown desk and a toilet for about 3 weeks. This was another trial from WICKED. He was finally taken out, and to his friends. They were all then given the chance to get their memories back, and since Teresa was going to, Thomas, Newt and Minho decided not to get their memories back. They didn't trust Teresa anymore and didn't trust WICKED to use the machines on them.
