this book is like a summary/paraphrase of the other two books i read: meditations by marcus aurelius and enchiridon by epictetus
so it feels as if im re-reading a book i've never read before. the way it's written is easier to digest, so i would recommend this over the other two if you're just looking for simple guidances/words of wisdom (you should still hold your own opinions regardless of what the book says)

Thanks curry 🙏 Does it have that more "modern" lingo feel compared to the original books?

npnp rusty, i think of it like:original books:
when fruits of apple turn red, it is good for the picking.
this book:
you should eat red apples.
