Haggai, Zechariah 1-8 The Anchor Yale Bible Commentaries, Zechariah 9-14 (Anchor Bible), The Jewish Study Bible: featuring The Jewish Publication Society TANAKH Translation, OTL-Zechariah 9-14 & Malachi to name a few.

It's the Anchor Bible translation & commentary, I bot it on Amazon :)
Lee, A (retired) professor from the university where I work is writing a book on Zechariah. I will see if I can pick his brain one of these days.

I'm not quite sure he's at the publication stage yet, but I will pass that on. He could probably suggest quite a number of commentaries as he is an excellent scholar of Biblical languages. (He knows Hebrew quite well and still teaches a course in Biblical Greek.)
