If you are in your Age of Wisdom you might be able to take this book that. is about what happens towards the end of a life. it is not for sissies! It is great if you want to be aware of the physiology of aging bodies and the conditions that elders face from the best to the worst. I am listening to audio version and really appreciate my ability to walk while listening!
