Right now Vanessa is interviewing Adam. Vanessa asks him a question about his band now and Mia. He gets really frustrated and brakes her microphone recording device. This is now a problem because Aldous has to pay $300 for a new one.

Adam went to Carnegie Hall to listen to Mia play her cello. I think he went to go feel her presence and remember the times they spent together.This is important because after Mia got better and recovered from the crash, she went to Julliard and never saw Adam again. Adam is remembering the times they spent together.
