The old covers may be NOT IT, however I have to admit that I would never in my life buy a book with a cover like the new, arguably cuter editions. I do like the art! But it just doesn't scream "trashy alien porn" to me. And I love trashy alien porn. I believe that I really gravitate towards the covers that look like a first attempt at a power point presentation because the books I really enjoyed in the genre looked like that most of the time.

I cannot believe the new folk picking up these books bc the new coverart and then getting slammed with the actual story ahahaha
