My first 2 weeks and I have lost 4 pounds!

I started yesterday, hope I can make it 8 more days on very low carbs.

I am basically done with the book because the rest is recipes and other items to help you succeed. I am going to keep the book listed as not finished for a while so I can report on my progress.

I hope this will help me loss the weight I need and keep it off.

This book was recommended by my sister-in-law, she has lost about 28 pounds so far and is dedicated to this solution.
