Why do you think they call it the GULF Stream? Because it begins in the Gulf of Mexico! NOT Spain. The American body of water that apparently only those who live along it appreciate is part of the ocean. And the source of the warm current of water that flows up part of America's eastern coast and across to Ireland, England and Scandinavia. I don't believe it approaches Spain at all. ..
