I find it astonishing how Canadian poets find a way to be so pretentious and try hard to be fancy and people actually like it! The trouble is that the people who like it are usually similar Canadian poets ! Not to say all Canadian poetry is bad but this book is just a guy trying to prove how poetic he can be!! It's dragging !!!
