The story is okay but the writing, of the writing is not.

Still makes me sleepy.

Such a weird mix of "here's a character" "and here's another" it doesn't really mix well yet and I don't understand why we are dealing with this at all. The chaos theory part is nice though.

Hmmmmmm. I guess it's too early to tell anything but I really don't know about this one.
