There's some powerful stuff in here; simple, but powerful. None of the advice, so far, is earth shatteringly unique. Some of it, you might have come across before if, like me, you have an eye on self-improvement. What's unique is Shaunta's voice. She owns the inherent chessieness of self-help.
I've chosen a "word of the year" (a day 2 exercise) and it's Determined. I'm determined to work the steps in this book.
