The beginning, was about john carter, and his being of a scientist He went on an expedition, and he thought he hit a rock or something, because suddenly he was in a new place, and didnt know what happened.It talked about how someone tried to kill him, but being very careful he escaped them, taking one of their horses with him, unsure where to go he found a cave, and stayed there for the night.
