CHARACTERIZATION: The dialogue reveals that Klee is conflicted, and deeply hurt. We can see more and more of Klee's past revealed along the story. About his father, his mother, and Sarah. How one after another, he kept getting hurt, and held it in. By holding all his feelings in we can see that Klee is a type of person who doesn't want people to know he's hurting. He suppresses his emotions until they explode.

ANTAGONIST: In "In Sight of Stars", I think the antagonist is Klee himself. We can see Klee struggling with his mental health and constantly self sabotaging himself. He's struggling to keep afloat. Klee feels as if hes damaging others, and continues to push himself away from people, to not forgive or trust. He's his own villain to himself.
