This book begins to talk about politics and how when a news reporter somehow blocks a bullet they become a "national hero". Thats really messed up.

The underwater training the SEALs endure is pretty hard. They have to be able to hold their breath for a long time and if you can't your pretty much out of the training.

The sets they go through on the beach with the boat are brutal. The amount of strength and endurance needed is huge.

The SEALs training is so insane that they have to run 8 minute miles in sand to be on pace for 4 miles I under 32 minutes.

This book seems really interesting so far. There is lots of flashbacks and information about the Navy SEALs and it's really interesting.
