Oh man, this is priceless. The hero/heroine haven't said more than a few words to each other over the course of a week, but now they're getting naked - while hiding in the woods from an armed madman. This book is everything that gives Harlequins a bad name.

Maybe it's me, but "illegal crime" seems a smidge, oh, I don't know, redundant, maybe?

I agree. An action is considered a crime because it's illegal. No need to restate that.
Tell Harlequin sent me this one. So far, it is very not good.
