Fate Calls - about half way through and feel there is way too many plot points for this short of a story. Too much going on without enough explanation. Didn't know until halfway through that the author was trying to convey that the vampire changes his appears from human to vampire/daemon form.

Not sure I liked the Beauty & Beast/pinocchio ending of the Maureen Child story.
