As I move along with the book the Kite Runner, I become more and more fascinated with the characters and culture. On the last page that I read there is a short sentence about all the children surrounding Zaman and noticing what happened to him, his glasses had been broken. This really triggered my thoughts leading into the next chapter.

I just finished the book and was very interested with the ending. Not sure how I feel but I would definitely read it again to get into a deeper thought. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about a new culture and looking for something different!
