Into the part where they talk about issues stemming from family of origin. This should be good.

This book is getting really good. I'm getting in touch with a lot of things that have been out of whack.

Matt Hartzell How do you read a book like this in such as way that you really absorb the material? What is your process? I'm finding lately that I might not know how to read a book with a lot of depth, and have the content stick around for more than a couple weeks.

Dave I highlight the content that stands out as I read. When I have finished, I will go back through, and type out the highlights. That helps.

Matt Hartzell Hahahaha, dang...that's exactly the system I have been using. I thought I was the only one that OCD. It's great to know I'm not alone.

I've stopped doing that recently because it got too overwhelming. Maybe I need to get back to it, though!
