i like how the author admits that this novel isn't story-driven, wish it was though

these women are so constantly jealous of each other talking to other women i like the jealousy trope as much as the next person but this is so much at some point trust has to be built, though i guess that's hard when the premise of their relationship was based on a lie

pisses me off how she called a girl cruel for being emotionally manipulated by her mother with threats of suicide and now she's upset that her father threw her out for liking women i'm not saying you deserved that but like?? what do you think reality is like?

is there no character thats sacred here

can any of these characters be normal

i really think the author is not a sapphic woman who comes out to their sister as a "lez" like fucking come on

her sister is the second most annoying person in this novel like right after murong shi

murong shi deserves every bit of trouble thats abt to come her way i cant wait
