Katniss and Peeta is getting ready to go into the game, and they ask to train individually and what that means is they will become enemies as soon as they are in the arena. Katniss is very good at shooting arrows, and Peeta is good at throwing. Katniss got 11points on a test which is the highest among all tributes.

Hunger games is for teenagers to kill each other in the arena until there is only one person left to be the winner. Katniss's little sister is chosen to play the game and Katniss volunteered to the tribute. Her district has always been a poor place and she is raising her family because her father is dead and her mother is crazy, she is scared to leave her little sister because without her her family wouldn't survive.
