The Mongolian and Polish players claim that they have the Earth Key. Yet, all the other players believe this is false, and that the key is at Stonehenge. While sleeping at a hotel in Italy, Chiyoko steals the disk from Jago and talks to an expert on the disks. When the other players awake, they steal a water plane to go and find Aisling in the Alps. Aisling fires her gun at Sarah, Jago, and Chris, so they leave.

Chris and Kala arrive at Gobekli Tepe, an ancient cave in Turkey. They are there to exchange Chris for a disk that Jago and Sarah have. The Polish and Mongolian players, who are allied, are also there. After Kala finds Earth Key, the Mongolian kills her. They kidnap Chris, and drive away from the cave. Jago and Sarah pick up Chiyoko, and get Chris into their car. Then, they all drive to Istanbul to relax.

For 11/3: Endgame is mainly Man vs Man. Most of the players are pitted against each other. And even though they aren't all fighting, only one player wins, and the rest die. In the end, Endgame is about taking your opponent or friend down and winning the game. In a way, it is also Man vs Society. The players are different from any other human. They must do illegal things to win Endgame, and then the police chase them.

The Endgame is now on full swing, as players are sent throughout the world to look for the Earth Key. Few players remain in China, while others head to Turkey or their home. All of the players are given a personalized clue to look for the key. On top of that, Sarah and Jago pick up a mysterious disk that can help them find the key. They go to an ancient Chinese army of statues, where they are directed to go to Italy

Endgame is in a 3rd person point of view. It describes everyone's inner thoughts, and usually narrates about one or two people in each chapter. This lets me get to know all of the players, and makes it hard to choose a side. Many players show their inner feelings through their actions; Their desire to kill. A few characters have secrets, dirty and evil secrets, that they don't tell their allies in the game.

If I were in his book, I would have absolutely no purpose. I'd probably be killed within two pages of me being introduce. Already in the book, thousands of people have died. Within this book or more, billions more will die. All of the main characters are highly trained killers and over-achievers. Even the non players of the book are highly athletic, smart, and rich. I would just be a random person of the billions.
