louis is such a pitiful protagonist like…..sits by while claudia attempts to murder lestat bc lestat is dull and has no self awareness then a few months later realizes he himself has had no self awareness and that lestat was kinda right all the while he’s thirsting over armand LIKE HE’S SO UNSERIOUS!!!

finally things are getting interesting and louis is having a complex thought

told my sister armand is here finally and she responded “armand: gay…i mean hey” and um we’ll see. for the first time ever im disagreeing with my sister’s perception of romance between characters in fiction because there she was telling me with a straight face that loustat is canon in the book. HUH?
