159 update: I’ll finish because I’m somewhat invested now & have to see where this wraps up. However, all the povs are totally unnecessary. The characters all sound the same & all the couples are the same. 1 person is uptight & 1 is a free spirit. There’s no nuance at all.

Page 59 update: slow going. The first 50 ish pages were just setting up all the characters. All variations of different tropes. So far, it’s a little cliche. The pandemic aspect leaves me twitchy & the pop culture references are cringy. (Toilet paper woes & popular quarantine tv shows). I’ll give it another 100 pages.
