Okay I know this book is geared to teens, but I have to tell you, this is the first time I’ve ever heard of one Black person calling another Black and Italian person “a chocolate covered cannoli” as an insult…It just seems so unbelievable like what? 😂

I remember being so obsessed with the movie that I told my aunt and she let me know it was based on a book series. I was never able to read all of them, so I'm trying now lol
