I like how this book teaches me new things about how the process of eating works. What concerns me is what people put in their mouths. Generally, people don't hair, but sometimes companies use hair to create soy sauce instead of using soy because both contain the same amino acid needed to make soy sauce.

I sometimes get confused on what the author is talking about. She assumes that the reader has knowledge about things she mentioned. When I don't have any prior knowledge about the topic, it can get a little confusing on what she is talking about.
