They travel to a town and meet Madame's owner. She discovers they have praxis and then tells about the virus but then leaves. They have to fight off and trust wolves but soon enough leave again. Later they fall into a rat trap but escape. Now they must go find belle who has changed.
I think that the best and most courageous character is Max because he has fought off many monsters. Also he is always there for them.

The dogs escaped the snake but now are found by the gators again. They go into a sinkhole but hear while they escape, the terrified voices constantly repeating the words," The Mudlurkker." It turns out inside of the convienient store the fog named Gorrgie is in there. The next morning they all go through a car wash to clean up and leaved but are caught by the gators again. Max, Rocky, and Gizmo have entered the swamp and are tricked by a possum. They go to the place he says to go and almost get eaten by crocodiles. They have now just found the bridge and there is a fork in the road.
