Unless you're using dialogue, you can't say 'I', 'my', or 'we' in one sentence and then use 'she', 'her', and 'they' in the next. I don't understand how there are so many 4+ star reviews when there are mixed tenses! I guess people are either really stupid, or they just have really low standards.
