Danny is always feeling like the smallest kid on and off the court. He already has found someone, two years younger, that is just like him at the camp. He is finally realizing that being a basketball player doesn't always involve being tall and big, some of the best players are the smallest on the court.

The most important thing in the book so far is Danny getting to talk with Tess about what's been going on at camp. Danny has needed to talk to someone about this but hasn't gotten the chance until now. The rest of camp will be much better for him now.
