it was pretty interesting. at first it was confusing but its a father telling fairytales to his kid and he frequently start rambling about plot holes and shit but i actually really enjoyed those bits. im a big fan of any tales passed down so hearing new stories from another culture +explainations from the dad was very very nice. my english isnt perfect and he liked using big words so that was also difficult at times

i love this book but i started it as a kinda 'palate cleanser' between percy jackson and heroes of olympus ,,,however my trials of apollo box set arrived like 2 weeks ago and i could not focus on this book at all bc i wanna read toa so badly so i then can read the sun and the stars . im sorry otogizoshi i love you but you have to wait

That book is amazing, it also has very sexy illustrations in it that get progressively drawn over the pages and are completed at the end of a chapter
