Everyone wanted to vote that day, but the election was the next day. After his speech, Kelsey asked him to the dance. He knew that even if he lost the election, he still would have made a difference. The next day, they lost but they were still happy.

Bobby wants to go to the dance with Kelsey but he thinks Kelsey likes Joe and Joe is gay. Bobby called Kelsey but he was to shy to ask her to the dance and he changed the subject.
