Since Percy is so curageous he is more successful, but if he wasn't, he would be less curageous. This helps him out in dangerous situations. It gives him help because he is open to doing something more when he is curageous.

Percy,Annabeth, and Grover were fighting the three old ladies on the bus. After Percy got out, Annabeth and Grover were still on the bus. Annabeth said she wold not need help, yet Percy still came in the bus again to help them. This shows how much Percy cares for them, yet he was risking his life. If he died, the quest would've been over. This is a trait I would want. To be couragous and brave.

I would hangout with Percy because he seems athletic. He is hyperactive and likes doing a lot of things. He seems like the type of person would want to hang out with.

The character in the book with the biggest problem is Percy. He has to go to the Underworld and confront the Lord of the Dead. He ha to find the most powerful weapon in the universe. And get it back to Olympus before the summer solstice, in ten days. Good Luck Percy!

Considering that the author's craft is suspense, I think that by Percy being at Camp Half-Blood, it really affects some choices he must make. In order for Rick Riordan to make the book suspenseful, he had to have Percy to make the decision to stay still during the game. When he stayed still, Clarisse and the gang came after him. This made it dramatic and suspenseful. Then ercy attacked them, and it changed fast.

If I were to give Percy one piece of advice, it would be to get rid of all his shyness. I would suggest this to him because he should shine and show who he really is. He could show his abilities. Like how he showed how good it is at sword fighting.

Percy just arrive at camp half-blood. He doesn't really like Mr. D and I can see why. He's kind of bossy, and just expects Percy to know everything. Percy is frustrated right now, I would be too if all of this information is just being thrown at you, things you have never heard before. I think eventually he will fit in and get used to it.

If I were to have a conversation with Rick Riordan, I wold ask him a few questions.
1. Why do people disintegrate when they die.
2. Why put Percy with such a bad dad.
3. Could there have been a girl in Percy's spot.
