Has good insight and raises a lot of good questions, but I sometimes get the sense James is trying to make these women's stories relatable and inspirational at the cost of misunderstanding their actual stories. Strange assertions and assumptions are especially remarkable (as far as I've got so far) in Tamar's story; and the introduction to Esther's story has me concerned it will take the same route.
