Scarlet has finally found grandma but in a bad, near to death condition. During this little reunion, Grandma Michelle tells Scarlet about Princess Selene and tells her that the princess is Cinder. In the end, Grandma is killed by Ran and Scarlet is left running.

Cinder and Thorne have discovered the secret hideout and shelter of the lost Princess Selene aka Cinder. It has been 8 years since cinder has been brutally burned by Queen Levena and taken to Earth to be hidden

While in prison by the wolf gang, Scarlet was taken to see her grandma who was also in prison. But while Scarlet was talking to her, she had noticed that her grandma was acting real strange and was not herself. That's when Scarlet realized that she was glamoured by Wolfs brother.

Scarlet and Wolf have finally made it to the headquarters of the gang/wolf pack that Wolf used to be part of. But as soon as they arrived Scarlet was betrayed by Wolf. Wolf was really on an assignment to get Scarlet to remember anything about the lost princess. Wolf is really the alpha of the pack and even better, a Lunar!

Cinder wants to go back to earth, to visit France because she believes that Scarlet's grandma was also involved in helping her get to Earth after she was half burned to death by queen Levana. But that includes going back to earth's atmosphere which she and Thorne will soon be discovered by government officials for her arrest. So Cinder turns to using her lunar glamour

Scarlet just found out that Wolf is still on a mission that was assigned to him when he was in this dangerous pack. When they were running away from the train that was quarantined, they ran into Wolf's brother, Ran, who mentioned it to Scarlet. In addition, Wolf told Scarlet that her grandmother has something to do with the missing Lunar princess.

Scarlet has found out more information about her missing grandma and it involves Wolf. Meanwhile, Cinder has escaped from prison with a space cadet named Thorne. She plans on finding Dr. Erland and defeating Queen Levena.

At first, I really didn't like Scarlet because she has a bad temper, even on the little things. But after reading further into the story, I understand why. Her grandma has gone missing and the police has called it a closed case. In addition, Scarlet has encountered a street fighter named Wolf but he seems different from the rest of the fighters.
