Terrell is a very confident character and also he is not evenly influenced. I say this because Terrell's old friends, who are jerks come to his house and tell him that he has to go to dinner with them or they will rob him. Terrell stands up for himself by saying “Get out of my house now, before I call the cops!!!" That's why I think Terrell is not easily influence and why I think that he is very confident in himself.

Terrell, Danny, and another guy named jay Swanson announce there college that they are going to. They all choose Harvard at the last second. Terrell says “there is no way that I'm leaving my best friend and my point guard. Harvard. And that's final."

Today, Terrell is being forced to make his final decision for a college, and he is very nervous. He later asks his best friend, Danny, what he thinks he should do, and Danny says “I don't know where you should go. You could get a scholarship to any school you want, so make a wise decision, Terrell. Remember, you only get to go to college once".

Terrell is such a nice person. Terrell's team makes it to the sectionals in the basketball finals, and they just barley win-42-41. Terrell's sees the losing team on the floor, walks up to them and says, “you guys did amazing. Really. We barley beat you. You guys have some real talent. Good luck."

Terrell's friend, Danny, gets into a fight with this guy named Maurice and Maurice bangs into Terrell, which have him a concussion. The doctor. Says that he doesn't know if Terrell will ever be back on a basketball court ever again. Maurice gets really mad about this and says “if Terrell doesn't play no more, I swear I will rip Danny's head off and he won't see it coming" (301).

Terrell is a very courageous character. For example, Terrell goes out to dinner with a college coach and he is a jerk to the waiter. When the coach gets the check, he realized that the waiter did somthing wrong on it and he really yells at him. Then, Terrell stands up and tells the coach how mean and wrong he is, and he makes the coach apologize to the waiter.

Terrell went back home from his visit to University of Atlanta, and he ends up deciding that it is not the best school for him. I'm very happy that Terrell made this decision because the school was all about parties and they wanted Terrell to stay one year only and then go pro, but Terrell wants to graduate and then go pro.

The coach of university of Atlanta is starting to convince Terrell to go to that school. I can't believe that he is doing that because Terrell had his mind set on what he wanted, but now he is going to go visit the school and maybe go there!! I love this book!!

Terrell has made his 5 final decisions on what college he wants to go to. UCLA, duke, North Carolina, Harvard and Syracuse. I hope Terrell chooses to go to Syracuse because that is my favorite college. Also, I can't believe that some crazy college coaches are literally going to Terrell's house and begging him to go to their college!!!

When Terrell comes home from the basketball camp in New Jersey, I can't believe the part when all of the media and reporters follow him back home in New York , they still find him at basketball games and even at his own house just to ask him questions. This part is really shocking to me and if I were him I would be really annoyed.

Terrell's team makes it to the finals, but a kid name Omar whytlaw takes a dunk at the end of the game to celebrate and he gets so hurt that he gets carried away on a stretcher.
