in the book they are going to a low life area, not ghetto but homeless type, and they where talking about how John makes the homeless people tell him there story before he gives them a quarter and the guy who said he messed with LSD as a professor was the same guy who was supposed to be the fastest reader in the world a couple of weeks before. Then they went to a store where they bought a three pack of stockings.

so the entire time that the pigman was being nice and missing his wife, that's because he is a psycho path. the kids are getting worried and not feeling comfortable around him...to be continued

i would choose John to be the main character in a movie for the pigman, quite frankly because hes pretty funny and has a funny personality so i think that would be the hook of the movie to get people to see it. Also he talks a lot in the book so there would be a lot that either a narrator or a new character would have to say in the movie and usually people don't like it when the movie leaves out a lot.

I think the author wrote the book because he wanted to give kids and adults a book unlike others, what i mean by that is it is not the ordinary book. there and twists and turns and a pretty much to authors because two kids re in the book talking at seperate times and are two different personalities which you don't usually get in a normal book

I think my book is based on a teenagers life but not a normal one because no one would buy a book on a boring life, instead it has twists and turns in his and her life

In the book The Pigman by Paul Zindel I like the concept of there being more than one Author writing the book, I like this because it isn't like most books that are out there. I also like it because they talk to and about each other in the book. And since they are young kids they both have a big imagination, but they are two very different people.
