I only read the part where Bruce uses a Gamma Ray device to turn into the Hulk. His intention was to keep his intelligence.
Turns out the Hulk was subtly controlling Bruce!
Then a guy shows up, after Hulk destroys the machine, calls himself Leader and says he can help Hulk be rid of Bruce (and Rick Jones) once and for all!

Betty leaves Ramon, Clay frustrates Bruce by talking about his father and The Leader has a moustache!
Clay thinks that Hulk is a result of the abuse Bruce endured from his father.
Odd that Bruce defended him by saying he’d done the best he could.
Also, Rick is no longer a Hulk? I only skipped one issue!

Betty leaves the hospital with… Ramon!
SHIELD brings Hulk and X-Factor back to Gamma base.
The Council demands Quarterman follow orders and kill Bruce.
Hulk, now in kinetic chains, tells XF and Samson all about the Gamma bombs SHIELD is making.
This causes the group to ask too many questions.
SHIELD tries and fails to kill Hulk and the mutants.
Quarterman helps them get away by blowing up the base!

I like the empathetic backstory for Dick.
Of course, it becomes night and the trio are left to fight Grey Hulk!
The fight ends when Bobby ices half the printing press.
Scott, hoping it’s the right thing, rings SHIELD.
The Council tells Quarterman this is his final chance to ‘end the menace of the Hulk’.

Leader cannot be found underneath the rubble, Grey Hulk gets as far away from Gamma Base as possible while Rick is again left to defend his friend.
Not wanting his weaker half to get back, Hulk becomes so drunk it affects Bruce!
The science man dreams the day away, remembering the conversation Leader and Hulk had about his transformations.
Interesting new explanation about how Bruce and Hulk work.

Stern/Leader laments his intelligence began to slip away too quickly and he couldn't stop it.
Rick notices his Hulk is becoming more brutish and Betty is being hunted by a guy named Ramon.
Grey Hulk tricks Rick-Hulk then uses the machine to begin transferring his gamma rays to Stern.
Something goes wrong and it explodes!
