The author's craft of writing is a little different, instead of the characters telling the story, the author and the character are telling it. It switches off to narrating the book, and then the characters come in, with dialogue. Comparing to other books I have read this is way different to what I am used to.

The setting affects the book because Douglas is on vacation and he can do more stuff than in his home-town. He also met a girl at a bar in Mexico. They went through allot of stuff, and if it wasn't for the vacation then the book wouldn't have these scenes that are happening in the book right now. It affects the characters because Douglas has to now worry about a wife and killing...

If I had too give my main character Douglas a piece of advice it would be... think about what you are doing. Douglas the assassin needs to realize what he is doing. He is being careless about life, not even glimpse of a thought about other people. Rapidly killing people in the most harmful ways.

The book makes me feel like I am kind of like part of the story, tight next to the main characters because the author really put a lot of description, and I can actually understand the book. It is a book that I can think while I read in this book and this is good because it is a little bit of a mystery book, suspenseful.

I would change the part when Douglas is on vacation because there wasn't much description that the author put in. Basically what happened is he met a girl and now they are "married." It was confusing to understand because so much was happening at once. The author could of made it so it is more organized to understand.

Right now in the book, the characters aren't struggling with anything. Everything that has happened hasn't really affected any characters. Right now in the book, Douglas is on a vacation break and everything is good. He met this one girl at a bar and that's his girl for now. He relaxes everyday on the beach, life is good for him. I can't relate to any struggles but I can relate to relaxing on the beaches.

If I had to make a movie of this book I know for sure ho my main character would be. It would be Douglas, all of the parts I have been reading have been told and acting by him. I think if it would be any other character it wouldn't make much sense because I wouldn't be getting as much detail as I would to understand this book. I think a lot of the characters are just appearing in my book.

Personally, I don't know why the author wrote this book. I haven't really found a lesson either. My book is kind of all over the place. He is on a vacation, and he isn't doing much but lounging. I hope later in the book the author added a good lesson.

If I would add a character in this book I would add a cop, a good guy. In this book there are very bad characters, they don't care about people, about killing them, they are atheist. The personality of the character would be brave, and strong in the mind. Although I am not that far in the book, I sure hope later on there would be some action between the cops and the serial killers.

If my book was written from another point of view I think it would be too descriptive, I like how the story is being told by the character because I like i'm in the actual book itself, and that I am right by the main character. It is the right amount of description and it isn't being narrated...
