I pre-ordered this back in 2011, and it's sat on my shelf for over 3 years now. Perhaps I've put it off so long in protest of the Mitt Romney presidential campaign that ensued when he decided not to run, but I saw it the other day and decided it was finally time to get it off the shelf.
