I truly had forgotten how damn trippy and scary this thing gets at the end.

It’s kind of amazing how well this thing starts to shift into headier and headier ideas while also keeping it’s characters going forward and continually charming. I had forgotten that Trillian basically becomes the lead for a bit.

I am REALLY loving all these illustrations

The first Zaphod scene still absolutely kills me.

There was a terrible ghastly silence.

These first two chapters are almost TOO funny in parts.

I blame this entirely on The Greendale Three. But it’s seriously like slipping back into a bath you forgot you drew (also bonus? I’ve never read this edition before! The illustrations are already V cute!)
