A subject often misrepresented in fiction, an unflinching exploration of shattered innocence and young love. Both troubled teens, River, with a penchant for drugs and fighting, and Brian, the piano prodigy who has attempted suicide, form a bond that transcends anything either could have ever imagined. Looks like there is a sequel, lets hope its easy to track down.
