THURSDAY HW Emily's first day back at school went really well. Her old friends welcomed her back as if she never left. Emily is really upset because at her old school she was suppoessed to be valedictorian, but now, transferring to a new school, she can't.

Emily is having a hard time pretending to like Luke. He keeps showing up to her babysitting jobs even though she doesn't want him there. Towards the end of my reading Luke starts opening up to her.

WEDNSDAY HW Emily confronted Luke about not showing up and he acted like he didn't care. She had to try really hard to not explode on him and said it was okay. She started flirting with him then they went to lunch. This started all sorts of rumors.

THURSDAY HW Emily asked Luke to homecoming, but she isn't trying to actually date him. Josie and Lucy chose her to "change" Luke from a heartless jerk to a somewhat sensitive guy. All the information Emily gets she can put in the guide. The only problem is ,for Emily to get information Luke has to actually show up for their "dates".

The most frequent name they heard was Luke Preston. They decided they needed to get revenge and Emily would be the one to do it.

WEEKEND HW Right now things have stared going really slow. Emily and her old friends have picked up where they left off when she left. Being back made Emily see how much people have changed and it made her want to change. So instead of her being "polite Emily" she is rebelling.

WEDNESDAY HW So far I've met Emily Abbott, who is moving back to her old town in the middle of her senior year. Her dad is the reason they are moving yet he is staying back in Chicago to "tie up loose ends". Emily has a hard time with her family, getting rejected to Brown, and is worried about having to rekindle with her old friends.
